30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Item must be in the same condition as received
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Return shipping label must be requested within 30 days

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at jones_day_tan@126.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
4. Ship the item back using the provided return label
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at jones_day_tan@126.com and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
