Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at jones_day_tan@126.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
